a. DELIVERY
Usually the items will be shipped within 24 or 48 working hours from receiving the customer’s payment. The delivery company will deliver the ordered products at the address that the customer gave during the registration process.
The delivery fee is maximum 15 € (including VAT) except where specified and it is free for orders above 50 € (this applies on Italian territory only). The delivery costs will be automatically calculated by the system while finalizing the order.
b. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
For any issue related to flaws or to wrong orders please write to [email protected], specify the order number and the problem within 4 weeks from the delivery. Returns without Giu.ne’s authorization won’t be accepted. The products will be replaced when possible or a refund will be issued but only after receiving the products.
The shipping cost of the return (and possible storage cost) must be paid by the customer, except for confirmed Giu.ne’s mistakes. Please write to us before shipping so we can discuss the situation.The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal according to the Italian law 206/05 within 15 working days, by writing an email to [email protected] and explaining the reasons.
